Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

  • Provide your order number and the reason (optional) for return
  • We will confirm your return request and provide return instructions

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging and original condition
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Exceptions

  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed
